Our Prices:

Our pricing is quoted on an individual project basis, and is dependent upon the level of complexity and the amount of custom modeling needed. Art-Vizio offers competitive market pricing and a quick turn-around time. Please submit as much information as possible when requesting a quote; we will try our best to respond to you within 24 hours or less.

Our Process:

Step 1

• Client Vision
When emailing us the description of your requested service, please provide the project information in the form of 2D Sketches, Dimensioned Floor Plan, Roof Plan, Elevations and Site Map, Scanned Blueprints, Photos, Structural Plans, Materials List, CAD files, PDF files. If interior renderings are requested, an electrical plan is required so rooms can be accurately illuminated.

• Pricing Quote
After we receive your information, we will then contact you to discuss your goals and how our services will meet your company’s needs. At that time, a pricing estimate and forecasted completion date will be generated and sent to you for approval.

• Quote Approval/Deposit
If you decide to accept our design service, a 50% deposit and a signed Estimate Acceptance Form are required to start the production process.

Step 2

• Modeling Approval
First Renders will be sent to the client for Building/Product Accuracy. The client is responsible for making any revision change requests very detailed and exact. These revisions must be submitted within 48 hours of client review to ensure estimated project completion date.

• Texturing Approval
Second Renders will be sent to the client for Texturing, Color, and Lighting Accuracy. These renders will also include Livables (plants, home furnishings, cars, etc...) as requested by the client in the previous approval.

Any modifications requested after this step will be subject to additional pricing charges determined by the scope of the work required. The client will be notified of the charges and will need to sign an Invoice Revision Acceptance Form before the work can proceed.

Step 3

• Finishing Approval
We will insert your company information and logo into the final renders. The camera angles will be as requested by the client in prior approvals, and will be sent for accuracy.

• Delivery/Payment
After final approval, high resolution panoramic images will be processed in the size and format specified by the client. Final Renders will be delivered to the client via email or burned onto a CD and mailed. All of our projects are archived; allowing clients to obtain reprints or make changes or additions to the existing model in the future. Final 50% payment is required upon delivery.
